Best Western Hotel Universel Drummondville

We booked the day before as we were on way from Halifax to Ontario. We decided to stay in Drummondville because we heard it was a nice town to visit. We loved the spacious room and beds. There were 3 of us. The room was spotless. We overlooked the garden area and a bit of the indoor pool as well. We did not have time to use the pool but did have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was good (not great but good, no complaints). The front desk staff were great! Next morning we went into downtown Drummondville…such a nice town..worth the visit.

Great location in Drummondville - we stop here every year on our way to and from the East Coast. The beds have always been very comfortable, the rooms quiet, the staff welcoming and the pool perfectly clean and ready for our two kiddos to burn off some pent up travel energy. I’ve never had a single complaint while staying here - highly recommend for families :)

Excellent staff or hotel and restaurant, fantastic location for the traveler, the facility is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the facility is outstanding. There are other restaurants close by if the hotel restaurant suitable to you.

This Best Western location provided, by far, our most appreciated and most comfortable accommodation during a recent extended trip to Quebec and the Maritimes. This was our first time traveling with our Newf, and the Best Western's 'dog friendly' room was truly that. The facility is wise in that it provides a 1st floor room for the dog (we learned, the hard way, that our dog does not like an elevator). Plus, the room had all of the accoutrements one needs - super comfy beds, a small fridge and decent-sized TV with cable:) As an added bonus, the City of Drummondville is gorgeous.

Drive up to our room was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a pet. Made our lives so much easier. In house restaurant for dinner was delicious!
